I do not cook at all. Boiling a few eggs in water is the only thing I can do. I can also make some sandwiches. This is my only cooking skills. I do not cook for two reasons. Firstly, I do not like cooking. Secondly, I hate cooking. I have never had any inclinations to cooking. I do not enjoy this process. There are loads of women and men who really love the process. I do not belong to their crowd. Cooking was never appealing to me. I think it is one of the most boring things I can spend my time to.
On the other hand, having good cooking skills is very beneficial in different situations. Especially, if you are a bodybuilder, you already know how important cooking is. You may have different reasons why you do not cook. Maybe you resemble me, and you hate cooking. You may be a very busy person, and therefore, you don't have any free time to cook something. There may be dozens of different reasons why you don't cook. If you are in the bulking phase, you will definitely need loads of calories, carbohydrates, proteins, amino acids, and many other nutrients. Natural food is very important in this field. Mass gainers and protein powder are supplements that may give you some additional calories and proteins. However, they will never substitute real food. For these reasons, it is absolutely necessary to have prepared meals. If you do not cook, you will still have several options to eat natural food.
Since I do not love cooking, I always use different ways to get ready food. To be more accurate, I get my food prepared by other people. This is the only way to get your food if you do not cook. Here are some of the options I use to have my food prepared.
GET A GIRLFRIEND WITH GOOD COOKING SKILLS
If you don't cook, you will definitely need someone to cook for you. It is very doubtful that your sisters, aunts, uncles, brothers, or any other members of your family will cook for you. To be honest, they don't care about your bulking diet. They don't care about your muscles. Therefore, you will need to take care of yourself. If you hate cooking, don't force yourself to cook. Your hatred means that you do not belong to a category of people who are prone to cooking.
If you are not married yet, I strongly recommend getting a girlfriend with good cooking skills. It is preferable that your girlfriend will be a fan of cooking. Thus, you won't have to ask her to cook something for you. She will do it with pleasure. You will merely need to supply your kitchen with all the necessary products such as meat, flavor, fish, chickens, fruits, vegetables, and many other products. Prepare money to build muscles!
HIRE A PERSONAL COOK
One day, I want to hire a personal cook. If someone becomes a cook, it is very likely that that person is a fan of cooking. Otherwise, why would he choose this profession? This means that a professional cook will cook for you with pleasure. What is more, he will be paid for it. So what can be better than doing what you love, and in addition, getting paid for it!
Hiring a personal cook is the best option you have if you don't cook. Usually, bulking phases do not last too long. Hiring a personal cook will not cost too much. If you are a bodybuilder, you are an affluent person. Poor people do not get involved in this expensive sport. Therefore, I am absolutely sure in your financial abilities. Hire a cook, relax, enjoy delicious meals thereby building solid muscles during the bulking phase.
EAT IN CAFES AND RESTAURANTS
While living in a foreign country for more than a year, I didn't have even a single cup in my flat. I was always eating in cafes. I was having my breakfasts, lunches, and dinners in cafes. It was very convenient for me. Since I do not cook, I was always getting ready food.
While bulking, I think that having your meals in cafes and restaurants is not the best idea. Firstly, you will be extremely exhausted by your training. Going out is not always pleasurable. We eat five or six times a day. Thus, imagine yourself going to a cafe six times a day. It will be cool if your cafe is near. If not, you will be extremely tired both physically and psychologically. On the other hand, if your cafe or restaurant is near and you find it convenient to visit it five or six times a day, you should use this option. Usually, these places have big menus with a large variety of different meals. You will definitely enjoy your food.
ORDER FOOD TO YOUR HOUSE
Nowadays, you can get your restaurant food delivered directly to your house. The delivery is either very cheap or even free. It is a very convenient option for getting ready food if you don't cook. Of course, it will cost you a lot. However, if you are an affluent bodybuilder, you will be able to afford this option.
Pizzas, hamburgers, hotdogs, shaurmas, and many other foods are rich in carbohydrates and proteins. These are the two main nutrients you will need to build muscles. Order your food while resting on your sofa and watching some interesting films. Let your muscles relax and recover.
Finally, even if there is nobody in your house to cook for you, you will still have the above-mentioned options to get your food ready for you. You can build muscles even without cooking. Money is the only thing that will make it possible. All the previously mentioned ways of getting food are not cheap. Bodybuilders are fanatic people. We are always ready to pay money in order to build muscles. Therefore, money should not be the issue for you.
