FOUR MONTHS OF BODYBUILDING
Bodybuilding is my passion. It is my favorite sport. I love it very much. I started training in the gym since I was a schoolboy. Then, I gave up training due to different life circumstances. As a result, I lost almost all the muscle mass I had. In August 2017, I started training again.
Let me tell you a little bit about my training regime. I was training three times a week: Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. Every training session was not longer than two hours. So I trained full four weeks in August. In September 2017, I lost one week of training. In October, I trained only three weeks. In November and December, I trained only once a week to maintain that muscle mass I have gained since August 2017. Today, 26th of January 2018, was the last day of my four weeks training session.

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=62HQTAm_irU&feature=youtu.be When I started training in August, my bodyweight was only 169 lbs – 77 kg. As of 26th of January 2018, my bodyweight is 230 lbs – 104 kg. So today, with the height of 185 cm, my bodyweight is 230 lbs – 104 kg. During these four months, I have gained 59 lbs – 27 kg of lean muscles. This is an astonishingly fantastic result. I am really proud of my work. I am really very huge. I look like a monster. I really love my body. My muscles are massive and lean.
MY FURTHER PLANS
In February, I will have some rest. I will be training only once a week in order to maintain my muscle mass. In March, I will start a new training season. I hope to increase my lean muscle mass up to 253 lbs – 115 kg. Then, when I reach this number, I will start cutting.
So this is my amazing bodybuilding success. My training was ideal. My diet was perfect. My sleep was very deep and calm. In some of my further articles, I am going to tell you about my diet and training routine.
