My problem is that I often think about bad things. How can I get rid of this bad habit?
Hello, Lilly. I know what you are talking about. Especially, bad and negative thoughts come when you are alone. While in a company of friends or relatives, negative thoughts are very rare. Here is a couple of tips I would like to give to you:
1) SPEND LESS TIME IN LONELINESS
When you are lonely, you are in your own mind. This is the problem. Spend more time in a company of your friends. Communicate with people as much as possible.
2) BE BUSY WITH SOMETHING
Usually, when you are very busy with something, you won’t even have any time for thinking about negative things. Being preoccupied with something engaging and exciting will surely free your mind from bad thoughts.
