WHAT IF YOUR PAYPAL ACCOUNT ACCESS IS LIMITED?
PayPal is the most popular and used online payment system in cyberspace. There are numerous people who adore PayPal and there are those who hate it. Their hatred was not caused without any purpose. Everything in this world has a reason. I am very familiar with PayPal, and therefore, I perfectly know its advantages and disadvantages. First of all, let me tell you that I consider PayPal to be the most convenient online payment system in the world. At the same time, I agree that PayPal has several negative sides. It will be a long narration if I try to explain to you all disadvantages of PayPal. I won’t do it for sure. You are reading this article with a specific purpose. You have a problem and you want my post to help you.
You should know that PayPal’s system is fully automated. It is impossible to manage such a huge system manually. We can say that PayPal’s security system is managed by a robot. It has special algorithms that help PayPal to identify potentially fraudulent transactions and actions. Simply linking and unlinking your credit cards may seem very suspicious for PayPal. Thus, you may easily have your account access limited. Receiving or sending huge amounts of money may also look very suspicious for PayPal’s security system. There are many different reasons that may cause you some technical problems with your PayPal account.
There is a huge community of PayPal haters in cyberspace. Visit this website www.paypalsucks.com and learn more about the problems PayPal users have. I do not want to discourage you from using PayPal but I want to warn you about the potential problems you may have if you are not enough cautious with PayPal. PayPal is good for making some small purchases on eBay and paying for different online services. However, this online payment system is not the best option for people who want to use it for making big transactions. PayPal is very risky, and therefore, I do not suggest using it for serious business deals.
One of the most frequent problems PayPal users have is PayPal account access limitation. If your actions on PayPal look suspicious, you may have your Paypal account limited. It is very frustrating when you receive a message from PayPal stating that you cannot make payments or send your money anymore. I have been to this situation, and for that reason, I know how it feels. My PayPal account access was limited simply because I unlinked all my credit cards from my PP account. Let me provide you with the exact message I received from PayPal.
Your account has been limited until we hear from you
We need your help
———————————————————————-
Hello ……… Bahtiyar,
We need your help resolving an issue with your PayPal account. To give us time to
work together on this, we’ve temporarily limited what you can do with your
account until the issue is resolved.
We understand it may be frustrating not to have full access to your PayPal
account. We want to work with you to get your account back to normal as
quickly as possible.
What’s the problem?
We noticed some unusual activity on the credit card linked to your PayPal
account.
CaseID Number: PP-004-912-219-233
How you can help
It’s usually pretty easy to take care of things like this. Most of the
time, we just need a little more information about your account or the latest
transactions.
To help us with this and to find out what you can and can’t do with your
account until the issue is resolved, log in to your PayPal account and go to the
Resolution Center.
Now, when you have read the message from PayPal, you understand what my problem was. Let me tell you that writing messages in the PayPal message center is worthless. You will receive some answers from them, but they won’t do anything to resolve your problem. You can continue chatting with them for a long period of time and your problem will still remain to be resolved. I have tried it myself, and consequently, I know that messaging is a time-wasting activity.
If your PayPal account is limited, you should call their customer support: 1 888 221 1161.
Explain your problem and give some details about the reasons why your Paypal account was limited. Tell them that you had good intentions and that their system made a mistake. Live phone talk is more effective than virtual communication via chat or a message center. When you talk to an agent, try to be polite and ask him to recover your PayPal account. He won’t do it immediately and it is very probable that he will request your passport scan and a credit card statement. You may upload the required documents right away. An agent will review them and if your docs are OK, you will have your PayPal account recovered.
I did the same thing to have my PayPal account available again. I talked to a PayPal agent and explained that my account was limited for unlinking my credit cards. I was required to provide my documents and after I have done it, my account was fully recovered.
Hi Bahtiyar,

Amy
Hello Bahtiyar, I got my PayPal account limited and they do not allow me to appeal it since it is permanent. Do you think it would be safe to get a new PayPal account from these people: http://www.auctionessistance.com/shop
Hello, Nuzzo. To be honest, I am not familiar with that service. However, I have just looked up their website. As I understood, they create verified PayPal accounts with fake names. Ok, so you create a new PayPal with a fake American name. Then, one day, PayPal temporarily limits your account and asks you to prove your identity by sending them your passport, so what are you going to do in this situation? I have had this problem several times. Just because I was trying to access my PayPal account from another PC or laptop PayPal was temporarily limiting my account. I had to send them my passport.
Actually, PayPal is not a safe payment system. I only use it for shopping on eBay and other online stores. I would never use it for business. They are unpredictable.
Hi Bahtiyar,
I was one of those unfairly banned 10 years ago when I was thriving on eBay, so I ended up in http://www.aspkin.com/forums/paypal-limited/
I find that that forum has the best support and help and info for this kind of business if you want to be successful.
I know what you mean that PP is not a safe payment system, but there’s always a way around and more special tricks that you can do to stay above water.
Check them out though if you can
Thanks. I hope your link will be helpful for everyone who has problems with either eBay or PayPal.
Hello Bahtiyar! I need help to get out of my own PayPal mess. Actually I sold some digital courses to some people using PayPal and then the original owner of those courses reported to PayPal about my account and PayPal limited my account they mailed me asking about the nature and details of product that I sold in those transactions. I don’t know what to reply them. If tell them that I sold course which was copyright infringement. they will chrage me $2500 penalty because it’s a violation of their Acceptable use Policy. Do you really think I will be charged$2500 for selling someone else’s course. And second scenario is I lie to them and tell them I sold something else and give them some fame proof of it. But I am not sure if they will cross check it by contacting the buyers. And third scenario is what if I don’t reply to them at all and change my address and closemy bank account and I don’t have added my credit card to their website yet. So only thing they will be left with is my pan card number that is used in India for paying taxes. Do you think they can take any legal action against me If I don’t reply to them or they will just close my account permanently because of no response??
your response will appreciated Thank-you.
