Stress is normal for all of us. However, sometimes it may be very dangerous to have very high levels of stress. Stress is the main cause of depressions, and depressions are the main cause of suicide and other ridiculous self-damaging actions. How often do you have stress? If you are a mature person, living in a developed country, I can self-assuredly tell that you have the stress every time. There is no single minute when you have no stress. It is impossible to live without stress because it is part of our psychic. Nevertheless, there are some methods that may help to reduce your stress level.
Sex is considered to be the most effective way to reduce your stress level. Do you believe it? You may trust it because you have never considered this statement very seriously. If you think about it deeply, you may find that this saying is wrong. I do not agree with people who say that stress is the best tool to decrease your stress level. Let me explain to you my position.
I am not a fan of using this method to reduce my stress. I love and enjoy sex but I do not intentionally make it reduce my stress level. It may sound very funny but sometimes you are not able to make sex when your stress level is too high. What is the main cause of erectile dysfunction? Mainly, there are two things that may cause erectile dysfunction. One of them is a physical reason and the second is psychological. Stress is related to psychological sources of erectile dysfunction. That means that you may not have any arousal if your stress level is too high. So what does happen when you make sex in order to reduce your stress level? You may see a naked woman but still do not get hard because your stress won’t let you do it. Stress is the strongest inhibitor of testosterone and testosterone is the hormone that is responsible for your erection. If you have no testosterone or the level of this hormone is too low in your blood, you won’t have a good erection. That means if you want to have a strong erection, you need to have a lot of testosterone in your blood. Stress destroys your testosterone and you are not able to enjoy sex. This is the reason why I think that sex may not be the best way to reduce your stress level.
Let us imagine a situation when a man has a very high level of stress. In such a condition, a man is not sexually excited to have any intercourse with women. He wants to make sex just to reduce his stress level. What does he get in the result? He makes an appointment with a woman. She is naked but he has no arousal. Even in bed, a man may continue thinking about his daily problems and it won’t make sex successful. What happens when a man fails in bed? Oh, these may cause very severe problems. Depression is inevitable and sometimes men can get serious mental problems. Being successful in bed is one of the most important priorities of every man. When he fails, his self-estimation is damaged by his breakdown. The more failures a man has in bed, the more severe damages and injuries his self-estimation and mental health receive.
I have explained to you my position and opinion. I do not think that sex is a good way to reduce your stress level. I do not advise any men to make sex in order to reduce their stress. I will give you the opposite suggestion and tip. Do not make sex until you reduce your stress level by other effective stress-relieving methods. Using sex to reduce your stress may multiply your stress and even cause you some severe mental problems.
